Check out this graph. By 2030 the percentage of hours spent in manual labour jobs in the United States and Europe will decrease by 14%. As well, hours spent working in roles requiring basic cognitive skills will decrease by 15%.
The Demand For Technological Skills is Increasing
Those roles requiring higher cognitive skills will increase by 8%. The number of hours requiring social and emotional skills will increase by 24% and the biggest number of all those roles requiring technological skills will increase by a whopping 55%.
