Future of Work

Check out this graph. By 2030 the percentage of hours spent in manual labour jobs in the United States and Europe will decrease by 14%.  As well, hours spent working in roles requiring basic cognitive skills will decrease by 15%.

Are You Ready to Adapt to Change?

The one thing for sure in this digital era we live in today, change is a sure thing, just like death and taxes.  How are you adapting to this change is the question?  Some people may still hope things will stay the same.

You wouldn’t be here if you thought this, so you are already ahead.

Baby Boomers Are Not Financially Prepared to Retire

Another startling statistic from the United States, according to Insured Retirement Institute, Baby Boomers, so those of us born between 1946 and 1964.  45% of Baby Boomers have no retirement savings.  Only 55% of Baby Boomers have some retirement savings and, of those, 28% have less than $100,000.

Get Ahead of the Game

Combine this with how the number of hours spent requiring technological skills just over 10 years from now, it’s pretty scary for the baby boomer generation.
