A couple of firsts happened the other day. We had a meeting with a company out of the States interested in hiring Canadians. That was a first. This company is searching for top Canadian talent, people who are willing to work remotely. Working remotely is the new normal.

For the very first time, we aren’t restricted by geography, relocation costs, relocation emotions, or the high cost of real estate in Vancouver. For the first time, we can look for top talent right across Canada, without any of the restrictions. Remote work from home is the new normal.
