A Viktor Frankl quote: “When we are no longer able to change a situation, we are challenged to change ourselves” This quote applies to how lots of us are feeling these days. If you’re like us, so much feels out of our control. Simple things like going to restaurants, hanging with family and friends, working out at a gym are temporarily on hold. We can choose to feel sorry for ourselves or take this time to reflect, change and experience transformation.

This manuscript was confiscated when he became a prisoner. In some weird way, this kept him alive. Viktor Frankl chose to focus on re-creating his manuscript and imagined himself , sharing his war time experiences one day to a room full of people. This vision of hope and a brighter future kept him going.
